Chef Qato's Cooking Class in Berat
Step into a local home in the heart of Berat and experience authentic Albanian cooking with Chef Qato. In Albanian culture, guests are sacred—and this cooking class is more than a lesson; it’s an invitation into a family’s kitchen.
You’ll learn how to prepare iconic dishes such as stuffed peppers and hand-rolled byrek, kneading and layering dough alongside your hosts. Then, gather around the table to enjoy the fresh, home-cooked meal you helped prepare—topped off with a glass of raki, of course.
Perfect for travelers already in Berat, this experience offers deep connection and unforgettable flavors, without the need for a full-day excursion.
